Join The Bakery Atlanta on May 3rd from 12 PM to 5 PM at The Supermarket for Interwoven, a group exhibition and day of programming. In partnership with artist Cassie Short and Atlanta's textiles community, this event explores the role of textiles and fiber arts in activism through an exhibition, demos, workshops, artist talks, and community engagement.

The Bakery Atlanta is a collective of artists and administrators on mission to broaden awareness of, and build community around, progressive ideas in the arts. We create experiences that connect and inspire people through collaboration, experimentation, and play. Working from a DIY ethos, we strive to encourage creativity across mediums and disciplines.
Cassie Short is a Clarkston, GA-based fiber artist exploring shuttle tatting, knitting, weaving, and more. Using her BA in psychology and film career stemming from 2017, she blends fiber arts, creativity, and insight.
